Return Policy of the iPLORE+ kit models Ø 2.4 mm/1.5 m and
Ø 6.4 mm/3.5 m

In the present case, viZaar industrial imaging AG voluntarily grants the purchaser a time-limited right of return. The right of return applies exclusively to the IPLORE+ KIT – models Ø 2.4 mm/1.5 m and Ø 6.4 mm/3.5 m for orders placed via our online shop at www.induvid.com.

You can make use of the right of return by returning the received goods without giving any reasons at the latest within the following working day after receipt of the goods by sending the goods back to us, including the original packaging, and by stating the tracking number, which has to be communicated to induvid@vizaar.com.
The shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the buyer. Alternatively, a handover is also possible on site, at our company headquarters Hechinger Straße 152 in D-72461 Albstadt.

The buyer will be refunded the purchase price within 10 working days to the payment details provided by him at the time of purchase. The transfer of risk in the event of return takes place upon receipt of the goods at our company headquarters.

The customer is responsible for providing proof of timely return.

This voluntary right of return is excluded for goods used, damaged or contaminated by the customer.

1. Any use that goes beyond a simple functional test is considered “used”.
2. “Damaged” is considered in particular: External abrasion, crushing, deformation, etc.
3. “Contaminated” is in particular defined as: After contact with chemical, biological or nuclear substances.

Your legal warranty claims remain unaffected by this voluntary right of return.

A future legal claim to a voluntary right of return is excluded.
